 FAQs

  • As a divorce consultant, I work alongside your legal team to provide strategic support before and during your case. From helping you plan your exit, gather essential documents, and vet professionals, to supporting communication and documentation—my role is to save you time, reduce emotional stress, and help your legal team operate more effectively.

  • No. I do not offer legal or mental health advice. I work under the direction of your lawyer and, when needed, connect you with vetted professionals like attorneys, therapists, or financial experts. My role is to fill the critical gaps—offering practical strategy, emotional clarity, and support that complements your legal and mental health team.

  • I specialize in high-conflict divorce and understand the patterns of abuse, manipulation, and false allegations often involved. I help you anticipate tactics, document effectively, and stay one step ahead. I also guide you in creating strong, emotion-free communication and assembling a trusted team who understands complex family dynamics.

  • Expect complexity—but also a clear plan. I help you determine which battles are worth fighting, how to communicate effectively, and how to safeguard against tactics like false allegations or abuse. With strategic guidance and compassionate support, I help you stay grounded and prepared at every step.

  • The term “parental alienation” is often misused in family court, especially in high-conflict cases involving abuse. I bring awareness to how this term can be weaponized and work with you and your legal team to build a strong foundation that protects both your truth and your children’s best interests.
